THE BALANCE IS DUE 6 WEEKS BEFORE THE HOLIDAY STARTS plus a separate £100 cheque housekeeping bond returnable on departure.

Booking Conditions

Cancellation: Tell us immediately by telephone and then in writing where upon we will, without prejudice to our right to the rent in full, make every effort to re-let the property and refund your money, less a £25 administration charge. You will be liable for the rent in full if we cannot re-let the cottage.

Arrival and Departure: Holidays commence at 4pm on the arrival date, the cottage must be vacated by 10am on the departure date.

Cleaning: Guests are expected to leave the property in the same state of cleanliness and repair as it was found, and to report all damages and breakages promptly.

Damage and Breakages: You are responsible for the cost of any breakages or damage you cause to the cottage and its contents. Please report these before you leave. Minor breakages may not be charged for if reported.

Access: The owners shall be allowed access to the cottage at any reasonable time.

Smoking: Crookwath is a non-smoking cottage, please respect this!

Pets: No pets are allowed.
